Parcel dispatching

During the weekdays, orders are usually dispatched within a few hours.

Products are perfectly protected, so you can received as you saw it on the pictures!

Get free delivery for orders up to 150€ (insurance not included)

Return

If the item you receive is not the one you ordered or it's not working well, then we will provide a free return shipping label, then the item will be changed or refunded. We will accept the return only if the problem is our fault

Else we will check case by case.

Shipping method

• Registered small parcel ("lettre suivie") (France & worldwide) : Only for small items (not mode than 3cm thick). The product is covered by bubble wrap and then put in a bubble envelope. The envelope is delivered directly in the mailbox. It's cheap and secured. We provide a tracking number but no insurance. The delivery can take from 3 to 10 days (More for South and Central America).

• Mondial Relay Pickup (France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Austria, Italia, Netherlands): Get delivered in a pickup point. The product is covered with bubble wrap and put in a large box. You'll get a notification form the pickup point when you parcel will reach there. It's cheap and secured. We provide a tracking number but no insurance. The insurance is optional. The delivery can take form 3 to 8 days. 

• Colissimo (France & worldwide): Get delivered at your home or your office. The product is covered with bubble wrap and put in a large box. We provide a tracking number but no insurance. The insurance is optional. The delivery can take form 2 to 5 days. (more for South and Central America)

• DHL 24h Express (France and European Union): Get delivered at your home or your office the next day. The product is covered with bubble wrap and put in a large box. We provide a tracking number but no insurance. The insurance is optional.

• DHL Express (Outside European Union): Get delivered at your home or your office. The product is covered with bubble wrap and put in a large box. We provide a tracking number but no insurance. The insurance is optional. The delivery can take 2 or 3 days if the custom fees are paid quickly.
  

Be aware, the orders are dispatched from France, so there is NO CUSTOM TAX is you live in France or in an European Coutry (from the E.U)
