Description
Based on the story of Porco Rosso which was originally a Miyazaki comic book titled Hikotei Jidai, this film soundtrack album was originally released on May 25, 1992. Made from the author's notes, it drew the outline of the future soundtrack of the cartoon, taking inspiration from a certain idea of Italy in the 1920s.
Entirely remastered and for the first time on vinyl, this new edition gives pride of place to audio quality and thus pays a vibrant tribute to the composition of Joe Hisaishi. The illustrations of this formidable graphic work are also being honored with, among other things, a new cover art.
