In a bid to boost her follower count, streamer Nemu Takahashi convinces her classmates Haruka Nanami and Maria Hitsugi to livestream an urban legend known as Ayame’s Mercy—from inside an abandoned hospital.

The three girls unwittingly trigger a curse cast on the hospital decades ago, transporting them to a far darker realm—one haunted by the vengeful spirit of Ayame Kirishima and other unspeakable horrors.
