A totalitarian state controlling everything and everyone through oppressive laws, complete surveillance and intimidation. You play as Frank Schwarz, a husband and father who lost his comfortable office job at the Ministry after someone betrayed him. The only way to avoid prison was to make a deal with a high-ranking security officer. Now a government spy working undercover as a landlord, you must enter tenants' apartments, search them for contraband and eliminate those designated by your boss. In the meantime, you will have to spy and conspire against your colleagues and superiors at the Ministry to regain your position. Different factions are secretly fighting for power in the Ministry and in the country. Pit them against each other to benefit!
