Supercontinent Ltd is a large company that claims to be driven by humanistic ambition. She is about to release Generalized Psychic Well-Being, a system that is to eliminate depression, anger and fear. The owner of a clandestine bar and his hacker friend do not see this program as societal progress, but rather as large-scale brainwashing. They team up with reluctant conglomerate employees and an android who specializes in empathy to try to thwart this scheme.
