It's a great time...until aliens invade this peaceful world with the intention of invading the planet and wreaking havoc wherever they go. As the situation reaches a point of no return, President Abraham Lincoln forms S.T.E.A.M, a group of courageous agents determined to turn the tide!

Take part in the fights with a team of 4 agents. Fine-tune your turn-based strategy and advance carefully through the battlefields where dangerous enemies await you. Impossible to refer to an aerial map: you only see what your agents see, so look for observation posts to get an overview and identify enemy positions. Your moves and attacks are powered by steam, so avoid going full steam ahead and think carefully before firing. Stay in cover until you're ready for action, and try to keep some steam in your tank to launch counterattacks during enemy turns.

Compete against other players in online and local multiplayer Versus Battles. Have the right reflex in fast-paced battles where the winner is the player who collects the most medals or defeats each member of the opposing team. Take part in the battles in gigantic A.B.E. robots, inspired by the president himself! You can also show that you are a global superpower in public and private tournaments.

Using the selected amiibo, you can bring Fire Emblem heroes into battle. These unique characters use weapons from the Fire Emblem universe and special attacks. If they fall on the battlefield, you can revive them with just one touch: tap the amiibo again on the touch point.
