The VF-1J Valkyrie has been a fan favorite ever since "Super Dimension Fortress Macross" debuted in 1982 -- and now Max Factory brings this iconic spacecraft into their "PLAMAX" model-kit lineup! Although the number of parts is kept low, the kit is loaded with dense details, so you can get a truly impressive model without spending hours and hours assembling it! The joints between the parts are as inconspicuous as possible, and the parts fit securely together in their designated positions for a sense of rigidity after completion. The head is made with its characteristic shape from the TV series, and a newly sculpted pilot figure is included for the cockpit. The panel in front of the canopy is now a separate part, making it easier to paint; the kit is molded in four colors, so you can get a great result just by assembling it and applying stickers and decals. This beautiful spacecraft deserves a place of honor in your collection.
